The Reserve Bank of India conducts the annual survey of ‘Foreign Liabilities and Assets of Mutual Funds and Asset Management Companies’. The 2016-17 round of the survey is now being launched.

Asset Management companies are required to submit annual returns on Foreign Liabilities and Assets (FLA) in the format (MS-Excel template) available on the RBI website (www.rbi.org.in –> Forms –> Foreign Exchange Management Act Forms) via e-mail by July 15, 2017.

In addition, Mutual Fund companies are required to fill the survey schedule (Schedule-4), which is also available on the RBI website (www.rbi.org.in –> Forms –> Survey) and send via e-mail.

Both Hindi and English formats are available and reporting companies may use either of them. In case of any query/clarification, kindly contact the following address:
