The Reserve Bank of India on August 17, 2006 has notified that the aggregate share holding of Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) with Logix Microsystems Ltd. has reached the overall limit of 24 per cent of its paid up capital. The Reserve Bank has stated that no further purchases of shares of Logix Microsystems Ltd., on behalf of FIIs would be allowed through stock exchanges in India.
