The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) can now purchase equity shares of K Sera Sera Productions Ltd. under Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS), through stock exchanges in India. The Reserve Bank of India has stated that the holdings of FIIs in the company have gone down below 24 per cent limit of its paid up capital.
