Investment by FIIs under PIS : ACC Ltd.
The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) can now purchase under Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS) equity shares of ACC Limited, through the secondary market in India. The Reserve Bank of India has stated that the holdings of FIIs in the company has gone below 22 per cent of its paid up capital.
