The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that under Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS), Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) can now purchase equity shares and convertible debentures of M/s. Dagger-Forst Tools Limited, through primary market and stock exchanges in India up to 74% of the total paid-up equity capital and total paid-up value of each series of convertible debentures of the company, as it has passed resolutions to this effect at the Board of Directors' level.

The total purchases of all FIIs should not exceed the applicable overall ceiling limits of 74% of total paid-up equity capital and total paid-up value of each series of convertible debentures, of the company.

The purchases of equity shares by a single FII/SEBI approved sub-account of a registered FII in the company should not exceed 10% (ten per cent) of the paid-up equity capital of the company.
