The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that the aggregate share holdings in Brandhouse Retails Ltd. by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) under Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS) has gone below 22% of its paid up capital. FIIs who have permission to invest under the Portfolio Investment Scheme are now allowed to purchase equity shares of the company in the secondary market subject to the existing ceilings and guidelines in this regard.
