Investment by NRIs/PIOs under PIS
The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that the aggregate share holdings by Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and Persons of Indian Origins (PIOs) under Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS) in M/s Adani Enterprises Ltd. have gone below the prescribed threshold limit stipulated under the FDI Policy.
