The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) can now purchase under Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS) shares of Indraprastha Gas Limited, through the secondary market in India. The Reserve Bank of India has stated that the aggregate share holdings of FIIs in the company has gone below the caution limit of its paid up capital.
