In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 45-IB of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934) and in partial modification of Notification No. DFC. 108/ED(JRP)-97 dated April 30, 1997, the Reserve Bank of India, on being satisfied that it is necessary so to do, hereby directs that the forms for quarterly return I and II shall stand substituted, with immediate effect, by Returns NBS 3 and NBS 3A, as appended hereto.
