Monitoring of Foreign Investment under the PIS in Indian Companies - Incorporation in Ban List : M/s V-Mart Retail Ltd
The Reserve Bank of India today notified that the foreign share holding through Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) in M/s V-Mart Retail Ltd. has crossed the overall limit of 24 per cent of its paid-up capital.
